The PQ-2000 type is a practical lance developed for small and medium-sized blast furnaces, with core features of simple structure and convenient operation: 1. Structural Composition It consists of a lance barrel (main conveying channel), a lance head outer sleeve (protects the core components of the lance head), a multi-hole lance head (key atomization component) and a lance head cover (for fixing and sealing). The overall structure is compact, with low assembly and maintenance difficulty.
2. Core Working Principle Its core advantage lies in the design of the multi-hole lance head: multiple circular holes are evenly arranged on the lance head. When the pulverized coal airflow passes through, it is divided into multiple small streams, increasing the contact area with the hot blast of the blast furnace, achieving "rapid mixing and full combustion", effectively improving the utilization rate of pulverized coal and reducing the impact of unburned pulverized coal on the blast furnace conditions. 3. Operation Process • Start of Injection: Insert the lance into the straight blowing pipe of the blast furnace from the end with a bayonet, connect with the ball valve (lance check valve), and then start coal injection. The installation positioning is accurate and convenient. • Stop of Injection: After pulling out the lance, the elastic components in the ball valve (such as V-shaped metal shrapnel) automatically reset, pushing the conical piston plate to seal the channel, preventing the high-temperature gas and hot blast in the furnace from overflowing, and ensuring operational safety.
